appeal in 125 crpc...which court

1. arguments stage in 125 crpc....interim rejected as husband gave WS stating ready fir co habitation and wife deserted. 2.125 clubbed with sec. 9 in family court. 3. Question is :- arguments stage going on judgement to come soon. How and where to appeal after judgement in family court. 4. Should i go for appeal or revision if final maintenance gets high. And in which court Please help experts.

High court, but hope maintenance is within your means. To save you time and energy.

Cant revision be filed within 30 days in same or sessions courts. High court will again cross examine feom beginning or just go through the records......??? Cant revision be filed in sessions as fly .Court has principal judge JMFC
