Dear friends,
I got divorce order under mental cruelty from Family court on 1st june 2016 in hand.
The date which are printed on the Order copy is as follows:
Copy Application Made on: 2-May-2016
Copy stamps called on : 18-May-2016
Copy made sends on : 31-May-2016
Untill now, i couldnt get any notice from high court ( appeal). So i assume that no appeal made on for this divorce order. Now can you please advice whether 90 days period is compelted for appeal which date should i refer and how cani know whether any appeal is made or not.
kindly let me know if any other option?
