Appeal to High Court

State Consumer Protection Commission passed an Order in favor of Complainant and the other party has filed an appeal against the Order Of State Commission in the High Court and sought Stay of State Commission's Order on advice of their Lawyer. Is this correct? Should the appeal not be filed at National Commission ? The High Court has yet to hear the appeal.Comments please.......

Appeal filed in High Court against the orde of  State Commission is not  maintainable. Challenge it. Opposite Party had to approach National Commission instead of High Court
