Applicability of 147, 148,149 ioc

A friend of mine has been chargesheeted for ip c 343,446,427,447,147,148,149 . He is the only accused in the case, I request if the worthy members may please advise if 147,148,149 is applicable when only one accused has been chargesheeted.

Yes applicable but you are innocent and not involved in the said commission of offence, file a quash petition to quash the chargesheet against you under sec 482 crpc before the Hon'ble High Court.
