We are in business of trading industrial goods. We have our godown and have 4 workers as our permanent employees. These workmen carry out loading unloading of goods as & when they are received or to be despatched.
Now we have been approached by Mathadi representatives and they are insisting that the loading unloading work be given to them and can not be done thro' our regular permanent employees.
