I am Kiran from Hyderabad, India. Our Company has owned certain Agriculture lands at Latur, Maharashtra, which we would like to mortgage at Hyderabad. Apart from MoE, do we need to pay the Mortgage Stamp duty at Maharashtra, even though the place of execution of transaction is Hyderabad ?
Kindly suggest us the way out please, something urgent...
