Application to fight false 498a party in person

Hi All,

Could you please let me know what application I need to submit before lower court if I want to fight false 498A by party-in-person.

The clerk at lower court is telling that,

(a) accused are not supposed to file any petition before lower court unless the accused has permission from the court for fightting their case by party-in-person.  Is it correct?

Thanks,

Masthan

yes

if anyone willing to fight his/her case in person then first requirment is the permission of the court, if Hon'ble court permit to fight the case in person then any one can fight the case.

feel free to call
