Applied for succesion certificate , but some one objected.

Sirs. Its a great feeling reading all greats replies and commentsfrom great lawyers in here for a long time now. But now i am in a situation where i need your guidance to release me from this mental torture i am facing. My grandmother died intestate and i applied for succession certificate including my brother mother and two aunts for a piece of land shared by grandmother siblings. My father died after 10 days of my grandmothers death After the news got posted in newspaper i got to know that there are other aunts married who claiming for that share. I was told by relatives that they were been taken care of and wont object during the process.but they did object and went to court I have never been to court and now the lawyer says that the date have been given to us on 12 of this month. I am kind of scared what will happen in the court and will i be punished for not including the names and all the courtroom drama. And what will be the procedure I need to know what can be done. My lawyer is not that cooperative Thanks
