A company has executed bond of two year with probation period of six months .employee has signed bond but now employee wants to leave the company . Management of the company saying give three month salary as per bond condition otherwise company will file case against the employee that employee is leaving before two year
Please note employee still in probation period Can employee leave the company without paying three month salary to company
Or is it mandatory to give three month salary to company ?
I think in probation period bond condition will not come into force
