appointment of Administrator in a cooperative housing society

The Dy Registrar in our area, i.e., Pune, Maharashtra state is planning to appoint an administration officer in our society after the whole of our management committee members resigned and he invited our society members to attend a hearing on 19th October 23? if they have any objections to appoint an administrator.

To support the administration officer, the Registrar has also invited members of our society to become members of the Administration committee as adhoc members to assist the Administrator in day to day functioning of the society.

I would like to know if an adhoc member of the Administration Committee stands for society's MC election. Or not.
