There's no legal infirmity in such appointment.

Sir

But he is receiving reimbursement of monthly medical expenditure and other things from Company A,where he was Ex President.

Now, he is in Company B

Both A and B belong to one business house. Are they not related persons?

If you are not satisfied with obligation of experts on this platform, (presumably being FREE OF COST) it is advisable to contact, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of facts / relevant documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

Respected Sir

With due reverence,  no repeat question was ever posted.

Do always respect experts' opinion. No need to take paid opinion.

In personal, family, professional life, one may have  a lot of queries. I lost Rs.70000 for wrong advices given by Advocates at District Court. Their knowledge is very poor. Also echoed by High Court advocates.

Instead of carrying wrong notions by many, I follow a different path and get clarity.

Regards,
