SLSA has nothing to do with the settlement of maintenance dispute. The Mediation and Concillation Centre of the District Court may be approached for any such settlement if so desire otherwise the matter relates to Family Court which has jurisdiction to decide and even refer the dispute for settlement through Mediation and Concillation Centre of the Court.
