Aprt new association

If there is already an association duly registered, there is no necessity for formation of new association. The reason is that the society or association is already formed having its own constitution. If the facts are otherwise, and no association was previously formed, you may prepare a constitution specifying the object and the rules of business and get the same incorporated either under the Co-operative Societies Act of the State, or under Non Trading corporation. 

If you are not happy with the previous society's rules, the same can be amended.
