Arbitrary rules of suspension

It can be concluded that despite the fact that rules and orders exist to pay subsistence allowance, it was willfully and intentionally not paid. It is also noted that your pleadings to one and all, from first authority to his/her superiors uoto top level of CMD on this matter had fallen on deaf ears. Moreover your company's personnel dept., who should have acted as a moral and professional responsibility have not acted to apy you subsistence allowance. Simply said "they ganged on you."

They have willfully and intentionally flouted the transfer rules, memorial rules, framed under law of the land.

On the top of that they have been delivering sermons. “Pradhann ke aadesh to bhagwaan ke addesh ki tarah maano.” Prostrate before the CMD and company like you prostrate before god. What is this? Or what it should be? A company or khap panchayat. Courts of law have finally taken a serious note and termed these and them as ……………

They have in a highly recalcitrant and adamant manner represented to ALC in writing and submitted their sermon “that each workman is duty bound to bow to the words of chairman, and the complainant workman should adhere to the wrongful orders of chairman"

The height is that they have stated in writing that chairman shall not ensure his personal appearance before the ALC, labor court, which is a lawful authority, and above chairman, and is a temple of justice for wronged workman. Chairman should have volunteered to present himself and justify every word of his order and should have related each word to the rules and law of land.

The CMD in his individual capacity should be made to stand in labor court and justify every word of his order on so called “Mercy Petition.”
