1. Can dispute between lesor and lasee, licensor and licensee and landlord and tenant regarding rent, eviction, possession etc. be referred to arbitration. in stead of court.
2. Can a lease or leave and license agreement have "arbitration clause" which will bind two parties to refer dispute to arbitration in stead of court
