In a Arbitration proceedings before a year,arbitration conducted by the nonbanking finance company and an award passed by the arbitrator and EP filed and dismissed by court for non appearence and then after 6 months, the finance company refered the same matter to another arbitrator at diferent place and then that arbitrator pass another award on the same matter,even the opposite party send a letter after receiving notice for arbitration about the previous award,whether it attracts "Res judicata",Can the award been challenged and chance to setaside the award,whether any citation for Resjudicata and also for exparte proceedings without notice by arbitrator in another arbitrational proceedings.Kly give your valuable reply
