i have come to know from council of architecture that
1) we have to follow procedure specified by them for finalising the architect
2) only propreitary and partnership firms are to be allowed for bidding
3)no emd to be sought from the bidders while seeking bids
ours being an autonomous body ,experts to pl advice on whether we need to follow the rules framed by council of architecture in india and if not what will be consequences
