Are CBI persons working under Congress Power Centre ?

1. Are CBI persons working under Congress Power Centre like other local Police Stations work under instructions of local power centres?

2. In the recent past how many cases are initiated by CBI ???

3. How many cases by CBI suceeded in court ?

4. How many cases initiated against Congress Leaders and how many against leaders of opposition parties ?

5. Are the ways CBI working on a right manner ?

6. Do the CBI gives proper opportunity of self defence as per constitutional rights of a citizen ?

7. If a fabricated case and investigation leaded by the CBI or any other such agency so whether the default players can be punished under IPC, if so, under which section ?

Please contribute in public interest to save the rights of innocent.

Yes Sir I totally agree to your Statement CBI & NOt only CBI but for this purpose all Agencies & Investigating agencies are Puppets of the Ruling Party & Some thing very strict & strong Should be done as this is Democracy just on papaers & on Record but really is Monarchy

Yes, CBI has been utilised by the ruling party at centre, but it should not have happened. Even the recent killing of two RTI activists are not being investigated by the CBI, Instead CBI is taking interest in Sohrabuddin Encounter case, who was an established criminal, and was a headache for Police of several States.

I fail to understand for whom our investigation agency or justice system is meant.

Even NDA too kept CBI in his pocket, instead they would have created National Security Agency under whose CBI would have worked.

Goodboy50, I completely agree with your comments and the photograph speaks volumes on this issue. People's Revolution is the only way out to save Indian democracy, and all those theories are just in papers to fool the Indian masses. Anti social elements has taken a very deep roots in India that theories, Rules and Laws are not the answer but through drastic measures with blood shed alone can save Indian Democracy.
