with so much pain inflicted by either the husband or wife on the other cultivates feeling of hatred for the other and moreover culminates a generalised perception about the whole specie of either male or female..but its not like that, 

take the roots our father mother etc are the same ..its just that a slap of husband or wife is more dangerous than a kick from ur maa or paa..thats to tht and with this things strt a chain reaction where one thing leads to other..

there is not enough bonding that goes into a relation nor there is acceptance on part of people who get into this alliance..its just for sake of it or progeny thats all ..thy really dont remember their vows and take each other as enemy which marks an loc between them that can never be erased..

the thing is let live each other peacefully. already our  lives are full  of struggle be it for men or women and the people behind them too  suffer badly without any reason..its time 498a should be ruled out or or it should be the same applicable for the people who impose it on others with no reason good enough.

I totally agree with u. I would like to add another point for u.
if a men lives his childrens and does not fullfill there needs he is treated a guilty father in society and in law. What about a women left her 6 months child and not turned back for 4 years and not willing to take care of her own childrens. No Social liability for women, No boundation of s*xual relationship and Not bounded to attend court dates. Where a men is harrassed by false court cases, by society and still carries social and childrens burden.

 

first of all its ur child u need not call him or her a burden..accept it as ur child first it  dint happen out of thin air..

another issue here is if she doesnt realise her responsibilty then u cannot force upon her to shoulder this . moreover its the system thats taking long and issues still remain unsolved ..try and make your life worth living for urslef and ur child..make a good future .and let things as they are just be in the present dont hope or wish for things to change at once everything has a time and the more we suffer the more we are stronger in life. you have ur child ur grtest achievement ur deserving which is why u have him. dont think abt why she did or left or doing nothing ..this is reality a person can never change so dont even expect .change ur vision ur life thts u can do..wait for justice live with strength dont give up..you have something that she can never have and lost it..so chersih it and keep struggling no matter what..this is life after all..
