Secondly above law there is humanity..... when a boy-girl got married and becomes husband wife they follow the marriage rituals in front of society. Dont expect to live a family life as per the books of law. In our parents generation or even in our generation all those ladies who takes care of their husband and inlaws are great Fool? does our mother and grandmother were foolish to take care and do the resposnibilities of husband. were those ladies not humans. we poeple makes laws. If its mentioned thats its only husband responsibility then its the biggest flaws in the law. Then when to amend this laws why women commmission oppeose the amendent? Now a days when women are equal or rather advanced than men then why women cant take their own responsibilty. why to depend on husband and claim maintenance. because this womens are not actually humans..... Got it Ms. Liberal. everything cant be measured by the books of law. THEN ITS WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY TO LOOK / TAKE CARE OF THE HUSBANDS WHO NOT KEEPING WELL MEDICALLY/FINANACIALLY. Does it the duty of the husband only to take care of wife and children and wife dont have any responsibility towards her husband and child?
