Are we a terrorist or a murderer as they think??

Hello All Members..,

I'm from Hyderabad a Muslim and got married in JAN 2011, my wife stayed with me till 16th APRIL 2011.. even in this short time she had left my home twice and went to her parental home. I try to  take her back and thought that she will take matrimonial responsibilities and will accept the new life.. But couldn't happen at all,  she again left my home on 20/April 2011 with her Jewellery and Valuables then finally as usual I landed up with 498a,,4&6 DP 406 506, 3/4 , and what more on...???? I to changed my premises to different Location since 13 Months and got bailed and still no charge-sheeted filed till date and still my old house counter locked by In-laws and Constable..I filed writ petition in H.C in May 2012 and got Interim Order towards my House and got replied by police we didn't Lock the premises...Everyone in my neighbour are known very well but all r scared..

Now I have below questions;

1)  What should I do to get rid of her?

2)  I have taken a flat (is on my name) that is on loan and it will go on for next 20 years, can she ask share in it as per new law ?

3) What about maintenance (she is well qualified B.Com and was working before marriage and after marriage also doing some Job I donoo..

Take:
  It is not that easy with banquet of cases hanging on your head. However MCD (Mutual Consent Divorce) could be an option by compounding charges as it is available option in AP State.

2.  I have taken a flat (is on my name) that is on loan and it will go on for next 20 years, can she ask share in it as per new law?
Take
: The Amendment is proposed in Hindu Matrimonial Laws and not for minorities. You are saved from our Amendment as and when proposal before Parliament becomes a Law for the Hindus for the time being. But, your classical Law talks about property division on divorce. Consider sorting with a local Muslim Personal Law Advocate on this subject. .

3. What about maintenance (she is well qualified B.Com and was working before marriage and after marriage also doing some Job I donoo..
Take: You have to bring those evidences and or call for records as and when she may file for Maint. as I donot see those sections already filed in your brief.
