area of property wrongly mentioned

Property comes from Delhi.

1. Current titel comes from sale deed on 2008.
2. Previous chain comes sale deed on 2003.
3. Previous chain comes from GPA and will (1996)where area of property is wrongly mentioned.

A. Previous titel holder(2003) is untraceble.

My question is how can we correct the area mentioned in GPA and Will on 1996.

Ji, Is the principal (owner) of GPA alive or not? Is the executor of Will alive or not?

I don't know where she alive or not, what are the steps should taken if alive and if she not alive.

If the GPA principal (owner) and the Executor of Will are alive they shall execute rectification one by one as per date of execution.
