sir, some anti social elements with political support attacked house and injured father and brother, fir registered, sec 452 ,323, 506(ii) etc. they applied for anitcipatory bail in session court , court rejected that bail and told them to go through magistrate and submit bail application. still police is not arresting them , can police arrest them now, they didnt go to magistrate till now and they are again challenging us .(can they go to high court and apply for bail ) what all the procedure can i follow now. (si telling that some pressure is from upper levels and the case is now in court he didnt get any orders from court) what can i do now.
