When a person (say, a married woman) commits suicide and does not leave any note behind, normally woman\\\\\\\'s parents immediately blame the in-laws and lodge a FIR...is this correct from legal point of view..?? is there any SC decision that police is supposed to investigate first before arresting anyone..?? How can they assume that in-laws are guilty..just because parents assume without any evidence..???
