Arrest of husband & family members

Dear All,

I have a general query...

Let's say the wife place is Bellary and Husband's is belgaum.

If a wife's side file Sec 498A against her husband and their family members at their own place say Bellary.  Whether the Bellary police directly come to belgaum and arrest them or they will consult the Husband's related police station, inquire and then arrest him... Pls let me know... How will be the proceeedings...
