An arrest warrant has been issued by the chennai family court against my husband , who is an USA citizen.
The warrant has been issued to the US consulate , NY. But, the consulate returns the warrant back to the court advising that send through proper procedural channel.
pls suggest me what is the procedure to be followed to send the warrant to the USconsulate.
