Dear Viewers,
if you are really strong in your case , if the lower court proceedings are wrong you can file a writ petetion under article 226 , instaed of going for an appeal a writ petetion takes lesss time than an appeal , hope this may be helpful for all the viewers,,,,who are suffereing with an insane jidgements in the lower courts.
Note : I am not an advocate dont criticize me if anything is wrong from my end I am just helping some innocent people ,,,,,
a) Without or in excess of jurisdiction;
b) In violation of the prescribed procedure;
c) In contravention of principles of natural justice;
d) Resulting in an error of law apparent on the face of record.
in the above points b, c,d suit for my writ , really appreciate your thoughts on this .
