how should an assault on higher officer and a contract employee doctor be addressed and proceeded as per rules?
assault was made by a nursing orderly group c staff (regular employee) on doctor on duty group a staff (contract employee).
how are charges framed? whats the procedure of enquiry, charge sheet, and disciplinary action could u pls explain in detail

Deliberate or careless conduct endangering the safety of self or other employees, including the provocation or instigation of violence is called indiscipline.
