Assigned land

Transaction pertaining to assigned lands is void and illegal...as per Assigned Lands Act .

sir, my father brought assigned land in 2009 from a b.c. caste women. We have got the land survey numbers into passbook. My father also got crop loan on this land. Last year my father died.Now passbook transfered into my mother's name. Is there any problem of loosing land ? Please tell me what to do ? Sir
