I have a flat in mumbai & it is in the name of my grandmother. On the front page of the society share certificate it showing my grandmother's name & on the back side
it is written as "new name & it shows names of my grandmother & father".
The current managing committee of the society is saying that my father is only Associate member & not the joint member in the flat.
I have the original share certificate only no other document to prove that the share certificate is transfer on my father's name.
The society does not have share certificate & no other supporting document that shows that my father name as been added as Associate member.
Currently my grandmother & father both are not alive & i have not other supporting documents to get the flat transfer on my mother's or my name.
1) I have my grandmother's will which is not registered.
2) I have a NOC in gujarati which my grandfather as prepared & in that all the childerns of my grandparents have signed that they have no objection in getting the flat
transfer on my father's name but the society lawyer is saying that the NOC was prepared by my grandfather & the flat is registered on my grandmother name.
Need your advice how to proceed further to get the flat transfer on my mother's or my name.
