Attached property of Temple

if there is a deity in a temple and a particular land is attached to the temple does it automatically becomes the property of the deity?

depends on many factors, If it is a trust property, private land adjacent to which the temple land is separate, in a private land there is temple. so many factors to evaluate..
totally depend on fact.
