One of the accused was declared proclaimed offender and then i applied for attachment of his bmc salary and bank account. The attachment order was duly granted by the 43rd Court, Borivali. But as no staff , new and the old one in the borivali court knows how to make attachment order u/s-138 of N.I. Act and there is no format availble of the same in the court office, the order is not prepared and pending from last 6 months.
Kindly give format of the same if any one is having. The same will help me and many others. Thanks.
