Attachment orders & other queries

One of  my friend defauled loan  of  30 lakhs .

Court  is about to issue attachement orders on his property  and other asseats  .

Here is my question about procedure :-

He has house  in his name which is worth 10 lakhs

He has  4 lakh in his provident fund   &1  lakh in Ulip product of insurance .

"As the property is  on his name  ,But there are other people living with him to , His  wife  , his sister  and mother  , So if  attachment orders  come  will  his mother/sister/wife  Bring  Jewellery  or ornaments with them or there  jewellery will be attached to  and sold to recover dues ?   her wife got  200 grams jewellery during maarriage from   her relatives  as well as my friend;s relatives , As they were  as gift she donot have anything written /proof  that it is her jewellery .In 99.99% of marriages  women just get  jewellery from her mom as well as  husband's  mom  and other relatives ,  most of such jewellery is   from succession of grand parents  and women often  get it modified  with local jeweller  with latest designs ... so often such jewellery have no bills nor someone care about it  during  harmonious moment of  marriage ". Similary  her mom and her sister  collective jewellery is about 150 grams to  ? is there any threat to women's jewellery  during attachment of house ?

Also  he has given  a  bike to her sister  on raksha bandhan  which is on her sister name , Can it be attached too ?

How is the  attachment  procedure  done , And other people  living in house are allowed to bring their goods  with them during attachment ? and how do they differentiate which commodity belongs to  accused and which to  other people ?

Can Ulip  (insurance)  premium attached  towards discharge of debt ?

                                                                                                                                      Thanks
