The article seems to suggest that the warden was recording a student dying (as proof) instead, of in the students words "letting them save a friends life".
What would be an appropriate reaction in such situations, a compromise between trowing everything to wind and taking adamently legal precautions ??
Also it would be useful if "legal precautions" were eloberated.
