If the reason for debarring is malpractice in an examination, it may affect your selection. You have no choice except to disclose the fact. This is not important but it may amount to providing misleading information and may lead to termination in the future. It is left to you and to the discretion of such authority. Why were you debarred, and any orders were passed against you are material facts you must state in your query.

If you had been debarred from the examination and the details are available in the college records, then it is advisable that you better reveal the details and divulge all the information fully as per the information sought in the application form.
If such things are detected later on by the authorities concerned then you will be in deep trouble in this regard.
