I am selected as PO in PSU, currently I am working in govt job. I have to fill attestation form for the same.
One incident happened with me recently. I was taken to police station and was charged with 110/117 (under Bombay police act 1951) for minor case( Shouting in public place in night). I was released in an hour after giving bail. No FIR was filled.
I requested local police inspector to settle the case at his power as Police inspector has power to settle this case. I was not sent to court but my record is there in police station and CCTNS website.
1.Now I have to send attestation form, should I mention this case in attestation form ?
2.As I am already employed in govt job, i will have to resign before joining new JOB as PO and if future employer found it later about case then I may loose my both job.
Can I ask my future employer to do police verification before giving me job?
Please help , I am very much tensed about this.
