Hi
I want to participate in Auction/Sale Notice by Banks under SRFAESIA act. I have following queries:
i) Can the property be morgaged by any other bank to the successful bidder as housing loan?
ii) Is it compulsory for the successful bidder to register the property and pay the stamp duty/registration charges?
iii) Can the successfull bidder sell the property further only on the basis of sale certificate by the Bank?
