Audio conversation recording

I have secretly recorded audio conversation with wife which prove that I have never demanded any dowry and was never cruel to her and have always been a good husband.

Now she has filed false 498a case against me. Can I present these audio conversation recording as evidence in court.

All electronic evidences are valid and can be produced in the court as per new amendment of Indian Evidence Act 1872. Please see the following link for new amendment.

You can no doubt use it but the process is lengthy and cumbersome.  It is a mater of trial and to be extracted at the time of cross examination, discuss with your lawyer and secure the evidence in its original form.
