Auto call records of spouse

I have call record evidence of my spouse filed false complaint. What are all the things required to submit this as proof in court like call logs.

Magistrate rejected this as we didn't submit call log report. Is this correct?

it is simple. She filed 498A complaint while MC-crpc125 trial is going on 23-7-2016. Same day she did complaint on me. This recording collected by me on same day.

So, I have used this recording as respondent evidence in crpc125 proceedings. But magistrate rejected it as evidence and said he will consider only when call log from service provider is required to support this. As this is call recording of her mobile, can't able to do right away.

Please answer to the point. Don't waste your time and my time.

Ramesh:- Apart from police can't we collect call logs in legal way?

How to make the recoding eligible as evidence. Is there any other way.

Even though I do not have experience my research will helps me. Please help me with doing some research.

Call records will not work here.

Get a copy of complaint from the court and try to collect the evidences that you want to proof based on that.

File an application before the Magistrate under Secion 91 CrPc for production of Call Data Records from the appropriate Officer.having the custody of the Call Data Records in the interest of justice.

How can call recordings will not work jury members....that is the only evidence we came to know.....the same thing happend with me also...i filed annulment petition based on that only....it is the only evidence i have to fight my case.please guide us
