Respected Sir,
I would like to have guidance from anyone, regarding contacting “civil authority/authorities", since my neighbor has a auto garage and the workers makes a lot of noise and nuisance, we have informed of these activities to him and it seems as they falling on deaf ears. Some of my other neighbors do not co-operate as they are not his immediate neighbor and hence not bothered.
I would also like my name not to crop up in this, how and who should be contacted? (Please advice!).
