Autonomous body

Dear Sir, Institute (Educational Institute) is established by a society and we have a separate governing body of the Institute. Sir I just want to know our Institute will be treated as Autonomous Body or not. Please reply. Thanks

Is the Educational Instituion is registered under Society Registration Act 1860?

No, but society which established this institute is registered under society act.
