Avoid court fees

As I understand that you have to pay charges for probate and succession to court in the form of stamp duty to transfer a property. Is there a way one can avoid paying these charges and still transfer the name of the property to his or her child/spouse/parents etc.

Thanks & Regards

Succession Certificate can be drawn from the court only on deposit of requisite court fee in the court itself.
