B-Khata (BBMP) Bengaluru

Hi, I recently purchased a plot (1200sqft) having B-Khata in Bommanahalli, Bengaluru. I also got the B-Khata transferred in my name and all the tax is duly paid to BBMP. Because the plot does not have an A-Khata or the original khata, I would like to know if the building plan can be approved only on the basis of B-Khata? please note that A-Khata is not being issued by BBMP now. And just because this plot contains only the B-Khata, does it come under Akrama-Sakrama? Note that all the taxes are duly paid till now. Can someone please answer these two questions?

Hi sir,
Hope everything is fine. we are planning to purchase a property in TC palya, Bangalore. I need your advise regarding this.
The property is individual house built up in 1320sq.ft. It is BBMP approved having B-Khata. The site is not DC converted & betterment charge is not paid.
Some particular bank is providing loan for B-khata property.
Other details are fine. Is it safe to buy such property. Please guide us by giving your suggestions.
