Bail for habitual offender

1. I want citation on this particular point- Pendency of other criminal cases is not a ground to reject the bail.

There is judgment of bombay High court. Anil Marne v/s State of Maharastra 1995 Bombay Criminal cases 144. It syas pending criminal cases is no ground to rejct the bail
