bail in section 138 Negotiable instruments act

Warrant was issued in Negotiable instruments act against accused after failure to respond to summons. Now the accused is a non-local and so it is difficult to arrange a surety and identifier to get bail for him..so if court directs surety bond that is difficult for the accused. What is another way to get bail for him.
