Bail related query

Respected all,

I belongs to gujarat and my wife belongs to maharastra

She has filed false case in maharastra and now we are planning to take bail

my query is that the guaranter in the bail should be of same maharastra or my friends from gujarat will also considered for Bail.

and can one person sign for two bails or one person per bail is required

Please gives guidlines regarding this
