Bailable warrent

Dear Professionals.

I want to know which are the consequnces in following scenario. 'Bailable Warrent is issued against one person and he is in other city  then after taking the bail in the court of other city whether he has to compulsorily be present in the court in which case is running ?

He is not in position to reach in that city then what is the remedy?'

yes...the accused should be present in the court... exception is...u may file a intrim pettion for permenant exemption in the court...

If he does not get the bailable warrant recalled by appearing in the court and produce surieties,then a non bailable warrant is issued.

There is no such way like that he present in the court of other city for this case ?

Let him decide the best possible way he can do with the case,if U R his lawyer assist him properly,if not consult a good local lawyer.
