sir,
pl advise me that i am resident of west bengal and filling i.t. return since last 15 years and presently i am doung business in bihar since 3/4 year and manage my business by our manager and i stay most time in west bangal and filling return in w.b. In bhagalpur -bihar ito locked my bank a/c passed 6 months.i have submitted return copy in bhagalpur ito. but matter is not resolved till the date.pl advice next proccedure

Dear Mr. Jai,
The ITO will not be freezing your bank account without reason. You are not coming out with complete details. In any case, you have to contact a lawyer to deal with your case effectively, before the matter becomes very serious and complicated.
