Bank account details from a co operative bank

Sir/Madam,

I want to retrieve the bank details of a certain person. The said bank account is in Mumbai with a Co Operative Bank. I guess Right to Information Act 2005 is not applicable in this case.

Is there any other way . Can i make an Affidavit of the same and submit it to the Branch Manager.

@Querist,

You cannot get the bank details of any person other than you are legally allowed to do so. Even affidavit or any other such way won't work for sure. Unless the permission of a lawful authority, such advances could amount to an offence punishable in law.

I can't advise you the other way on account of illegality in such act.
