Bank account seizure

Hi,

Can a bank legally seize your account in lieu of non payment of your credit card dues( if credit card is of the same bank).

Sir, banks can sieze your account for default in payment of dues. The terms and conditions will be specifying the same when you take the credit card. Rarely people go through them before signing the application.

Not to mention the credit card,even for account opening the printed meterials  contain condition that the banks are at liberty to deduct any amount towards the dues.As soon as you enter the bank for any transaction, you can know that the printed matters have enabled unfettered poweres against the customers.
